Project Work

Landscaping &
Hardscape

Residential and commercial project work across Douglasville — beds, sod, stone, drainage and full yard renovations. Quoted in person, built to last on Georgia clay.

What we build

Weekly maintenance keeps a property sharp. Project work is what changes it. Most of what we do here falls into two buckets: making beds and turf look intentional again, and building the hard structure — stone, walls, walkways — that gives a yard shape it holds year-round.

Everything gets quoted in person. Douglasville sits on red clay with real grade change, and the difference between a patio that lasts fifteen years and one that shifts in three is entirely in the base prep and drainage you can't see from a photo.

Mulch & pine straw

Bed cleanout, edge re-cut, and fresh material at the right depth. Pine straw on slopes so it doesn't wash.

Bed design & re-edging

New bed lines or reshaping tired ones so the landscape has actual structure.

Sod installation

Grade, prep, install. A finished lawn the same day instead of a season of seed.

Patios & walkways

Paver and stone work with proper base prep and compaction for Georgia clay.

Retaining walls

Engineered, drained and built to hold the grade instead of leaning out in three years.

Drainage & grading

Moving water away from the foundation and off the low spots that never dry out.

Tree & shrub shaping

Hedges and shrubs cut with intent so the bones of the landscape read clean.

Seasonal & storm cleanups

Full leaf load, limbs, and post-storm mess cleared and hauled off.

Full yard renovations

Start-to-finish resets when a property has gotten away from you.

Project questions

Do I have to be a weekly client to book project work?

No. Landscaping and hardscape projects are quoted on their own, whether or not we maintain your lawn.

How are projects quoted?

In person. James walks the property, measures, and gives you a written number — there's no useful way to price hardscape from a photo.

Do you handle drainage problems?

Yes. On Georgia clay, drainage is designed into the job from the start rather than fixed after the fact.
