2. Description of Services
We provide lawn care and landscaping services, including weekly mowing, mulch installation, sod installation, seasonal yard cleanups, gutter cleaning, and related landscaping work.
We do not provide pesticide application, weed control, or fertilization services. Any suggestions regarding lawn health are general guidance only and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified agronomist or chemical applicator.
3. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on final site conditions, actual lawn size, access, slope, and the scope of work performed. Online and instant quotes generated through our website or photo-based tools are approximate and remain pending an in-person or photo-based review by our team. A final price is confirmed before or at the time of service.
4. Booking and Scheduling
Service scheduling is subject to weather, crew availability, and prior commitments. We will work with you to find a convenient time, and we may need to reschedule when conditions (such as heavy rain or saturated ground) make it unsafe or impractical to perform quality work.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing before the work begins. For larger or multi-day projects, we may request a deposit or milestone payments. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit or debit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees or suspend scheduling of future services.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service incur no fee. Same-day cancellations or no-access visits (for example, a locked gate or no one home when access was arranged) may be charged a trip fee equal to a portion of the scheduled service.
7. Client Responsibilities
To help us complete your service safely and well, you agree to:
- Provide clear access to the work area, including unlocked gates.
- Mark sprinkler heads, irrigation lines, invisible pet fences, and underground utilities before our arrival.
- Remove or confine pets, pet waste, toys, hoses, and other obstacles from the work area.
- Inform us of any known hazards, such as steep drop-offs, fragile plantings, or beehives.
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, sprinkler components, or items left in the work area.
8. Limitation of Liability
We maintain general liability insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damage caused by factors outside our control, including pre-existing lawn or turf conditions, weather, or acts of nature.
9. Satisfaction and Disputes
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will work with you to address the concern. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be handled under the dispute resolution terms below and the governing law of Georgia.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our services shall be brought in the courts located in Douglas County, Georgia.
