What a weekly visit actually looks like

Why weekly beats biweekly in Georgia

This is the question I get most, and the answer is simple math about how grass grows. The rule that governs every healthy lawn is that you never remove more than a third of the blade in a single cut. Take off more and the plant dumps energy into rebuilding leaf tissue instead of roots, it goes pale, and the stems that were shaded underneath get exposed and burn.

Weekly mowing starts at $50 per visit for lawns up to 9,000 sq ft. Larger lawns are priced by lawn area. Bi-weekly service costs 30% more per visit, because each cut removes about two weeks of growth.
